 Super Tonic


 
Ingredients:
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic
Ginger Root
Horseradish
Onion
Applecider Vinegar

Instructions:
Fill a blender ¾ with 
Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Ginger Root, Horseradish & Onion,
Add Applecider Vinegar until the blender is almost full.
Put the lid on the blender and turn it on high speed til the mix is a mush.

You can experiment with the amounts of each herb to your own personal pallet.  The herbs are listed in order of importance.

Take a teaspoon SuperTonic twice a day and gradually work your way up to a tablespoon or more.
